We booked this service to take us to the airport from our hotel. They were easy to deal with over email and we had to make a few changes after booking and no issues at all. Our driver Arnie was early and so courteous. The car was clean and beautiful my husband left his cell phone in the car and we realized 20 mins later Arnie drove back to the airport to deliver the phone. I thought that was extremely rare given a lot of Uber drivers or taxi drivers would just turn the phone off and pocket it but Arnie was honest and answered the phone when we called. I would highly recommend the shuttle service and the driver

We had an enjoyable ride with Antonio from VIP Transportation when we landed in Cabo. He was ready to greet us when we landed and he was so friendly and warm. He confirmed where we were going, let us know the approximate travel time, and offered us beverages for the ride. When he picked us up for the return trip, he was even ok with making a quick stop for us before heading to the airport. I highly recommend using VIP Transportation - Los Cabos for your Baja vacations.

My flight landed at noon. I was through customs within 30 minutes. I was repeatedly told "15 minutes" for 2.5 more hours. The shuttle picked us up 3 hours after we landed. 3 hours.

Outstanding service! Very prompt and professional drivers. It was a little confusing at the airport, but we waded through the hawkers to find a person holding a paddle under the outside, numbered yellow “umbrella” (actually an awning). The driver loaded our luggage carefully & had cold drinks in cooler!

Used Los Cabos Shuttles to go to and from Los Cabos airport. I did not have to wait one minute and Salvador was there greeting us with his nice clean black Suburban. Very friendly. He had cold beer and water waiting for us. Gave us a couple of small Mexican flags and a little cute Mexican basket.
Whalen leaving LaPacifica he was Jonnie on the spot again. Right at pickup time.
I give this company a big thumbs up 👍. Highly recommended.

From extensive research, this company was by far the cheapest and they did not disappoint!! From the easy booking with Suzanne I was off to a great start! Arriving in MX the shuttle was available quick and the customer service team outside the terminal were fantastic! All the drivers were bilingual, friendly, in time and even recommended certain places we inquired about. This is now our go to shuttle company! Thanks Suzanne and team!!!! Awesome experience. 🌞

Used Los Cabos Airport shuttles recently for a trip to Cabo for me and my wife’s first visit and couldn’t have had a better experience. The rides were a 5 star experience from the drivers to the drinks included . Would definitely recommend and use again .

Great shuttle service! Was super easy to book and driver showed up on time. I was even able to arrange multiple shuttles since we had a large party. We also had a blast in the van on the way down to our hotel. Super nice drivers as well. Was also good to know we could get past all the solicitors and straight to our van. Would definitely use them again.
